Vote for the next scent!
Sweet Almond was a bust. It smelled like.... well, NOTHING! So, I am asking the fans of Blossoms to vote on the next scent we give a try.
One rule: you only get one vote!
You can leave your vote as a comment on this post, as a private message, or on Blossoms' Facebook wall. Voting starts now and ends at 6pm Sunday evening. I will be posting reminders throughout the weekend so as many fans get a chance to see it and vote as possible.
Here are your options:
1. Citronella - This is not a scent, this is a natural bug repellent. I would most likely scent it with Orange. This would be a great alternative for the nasty chemical repellents we all resort to when the mosquitoes come out.
2. Honeysuckle - A very sweet scent; like the first time you open a jar of fresh honey.
3. Violet - I mostly picked this one because I love Violet as a baby name. No, no babies yet... but Violet is a top 5 for me. ;) It has a very delicate sweet scent.
4. Jasmine - This has to be one of my favorite scents. The historic house we lived in in Mesa, AZ had Jasmine growing all around the front door. Coming and going was heavenly in the spring. It is described as a rich, sweet, and warm.
Good luck voting. This is a tough decision. Helpful hint: If your heart is set on a certain scent: share Blossoms on Facebook, have your friends "like" us and ask them to vote for your favorite scent. ;)

Sweet Almond
While we are waiting for Gardenia to become available, we decided to order Sweet Almond. My favorite lotion of all time was this scent, so I have high expectations! I have been checking the mailbox every day in anticipation. I can't wait to whip a batch of Sweet Almond lotion to share with you!

Drum roll please...
Our drawing winner from last week, Barbara, had the opportunity to choose our next scent! The company that I order essential oils from is out of stock, so it will be a little while before we have it.... buuutttttt our newest scent will be Gardenia. Mmmm mmm good. I'll let ya know when it's available. I also ordered another scent to try out, but I think I'll wait to tell you what it is. ;)
